Dott. Ing. Fabrizio Fregona

After attending the Liceo Classico A. Manzoni in Milan, he graduated in electronic engineering from the Politecnico of the Lombard capital. After an initial professional experience of several years in IBM, as a systems engineer in the management software development division at first and as a “Sales Representative” in the commercial sector later, he arrived in 1982 as an executive in the Italian subsidiary of a French group operating in the IT sector, within which he became general manager of the company operating in Central-Southern Italy with headquarters in Rome. In 1989, following an ever-nurturing passion for medicine and an entrepreneurial attitude, he founded together with Eng. Silvio Plazzotta the company ETF, operating in the field of high-tech equipment, and related services, diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine.In the late 1990s, the company ETF operates a “joint venture” with the British group Alliance Medical, later taking over its corporate name and developing to reach a consolidated turnover at the Italian level of about 120 million euros. Fabrizio Fregona exits at the beginning of 2013 from the management group of the company, where he had operated for more than two decades, founding together with Eng. Plazzotta a new company, IML – INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL FOR LIFE, specifically created with the intent to spread high-tech medical equipment and related services, through qualified medical and technical personnel and equipped mobile vehicles, in emerging countries worldwide.
